Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, purified and partially purified Myeloperoxidase [Human Leukocytes]. Cross-reactivity against Myeloperoxidase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.
