Upon binding to cytokines, this complex activates TGFBR2, initiating SMAD-dependent signaling through phosphorylation of TGFBR1, SMAD2, and SMAD4. TGFBR2/TGF-beta RII Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant rat-derived TGFBR2/TGF-beta RII protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
