Anti-CDKN2AIP/CARF Antibody Picoband® Biotin Conjugated
Product Specifications
Background
Enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Acts upstream of or within regulation of DNA-binding transcription factor activity. Located in granular component. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; eye; genitourinary system; gut; and skeletal muscle tissue. Orthologous to human CARF (calcium responsive transcription factor) .
