Anti-CD300A Antibody Picoband®

CD300A (Cluster of Differentiation 300A) is a human gene. This gene encodes a member of the CD300 glycoprotein family of cell surface proteins found on leukocytes involved in immune response signaling pathways. This gene is located on chromosome 17 in a cluster with all but one of the other family members. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

E.coli-derived human CD300A recombinant protein (Position: L156-T299) . Human CD300A shares 54.7% and 55.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat CD300A, respectively.

Downstream effector of TOR signaling pathway involved in osmotic stress response. Could be involved in the control of plant growth and development. Phosphorylates the ribosomal proteins P14, P16 and S6. Functions as a repressor of cell proliferation and required for maintenance of chromosome stability and ploidy levels through the RBR1-E2F pathway.
