Anti-HDHD2 Antibody Picoband® Fluoro647 Conjugated
Product Specifications
Background
Haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 2?is an?enzyme?that in humans is encoded by the?HDHD2?gene. HDHD2 (haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain containing 2) is also known as DKFZp564D1378and is a 259 amino acid protein that is expressed as two isoforms produced by alternative splicing. HDHD2 belongs to the HAD-like hydrolase superfamily, which contains a group of hydrolase enzymes.

Function
Downstream effector of TOR signaling pathway involved in osmotic stress response. Could be involved in the control of plant growth and development. Phosphorylates the ribosomal proteins P14, P16 and S6. Functions as a repressor of cell proliferation and required for maintenance of chromosome stability and ploidy levels through the RBR1-E2F pathway.
