Anti-SERBP1 Antibody Picoband® Fluoro488 Conjugated

Product Specifications

Background

Plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 RNA-binding protein (serbp1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SERBP1 gene. Enables SUMO binding activity; mRNA 3'-UTR binding activity; and ribosome binding activity. Involved in PML body organization. Located in cytosol and nucleus.

Synonyms

C-C chemokine receptor type 10; C-C CKR-10; CC-CKR-10; CCR-10; G-protein coupled receptor 2; CCR10; GPR2

Gene Name

SERBP1

Gene ID

26135

UniProt

Q8NC51

Host

Rabbit

Reactivity

Human, Mouse, Rat

Cross Reactivity

No cross-reactivity with other proteins.

Immunogen

A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human SERBP1, identical to the related mouse and rat sequences.

Clonality

Polyclonal

Tissue Specificity

Expressed at high levels in adult testis, small intestine, fetal lung, fetal kidney. Weaker expression was observed in many other adult tissues including spleen, thymus, lymph node, Peyer patches, colon, heart, ovary, peripheral blood lymphocytes, thyroid and spinal cord. Also expressed by melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, dermal microvascular endothelial cells. Also detected in T-cells and in skin-derived Langerhans cells.

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Field of Research

Chemokines, Immunology, Innate Immunity

Purification

Immunogen affinity purified.

Form

Liquid

Function

Receptor for chemokines SCYA27 and SCYA28. Subsequently transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level and stimulates chemotaxis in a pre-B cell line.
