Plant DNA KitOur Plant DNA Kit enables simple and reliable isolation of DNA from various plant materials (e.g. leaves, stems, seeds, roots, flowers, needles, etc.) in just 30-40 minutes (including lysis) . The kit combines column-based DNA purification with optimized buffers that are virtually harmless to health, making it extremely easy to use and extremely safe. The Plant DNA Kit contains various lysis buffers and protocols for efficient digestion of different plant starting materials (fresh, frozen or dried) . After lysis, a pre-filtration step removes non-lysed plant components.
