RT-qPCR SYBR® Green Rox One-Step MixCombines reverse transcription and subsequent real-time PCR in one tube.The combination of both steps directly one after the other reduces the required pipetting steps to a minimum.This saves time and reduces the risk of contamination.All reagents required for the synthesis of high-quality cDNA and the quantitative Real Time PCR are included (except template and primer) .The SYBR® Green dye is particularly well suited to meet the requirements of quantitative Real Time PCR experiments according to the current state of the art.
