EMEM with Hank's Salts - with L-glutamine

Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium (EMEM) is based on the Basal Medium (BME) formulated by Harry Eagle. For the in vitro cultivation of human and animal cells, Harry Eagle improved its original BME formulation and developed EMEM, which contains a higher content of amino acids (13 essential amino acids), 8 vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide, folic acid, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol), glucose and various salts. The synthetic cell culture medium provides a high-quality bas
