TBS-T

TBS-T appears as white to off-white instant granules. Each pouch makes 1 L of 1x TBS-T solution conveniently with a simple procedure. TBS-T is composed of NaCl, KCl, Tris and Tween-20. 1x TBS-T contains 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 25 mM Tris and 0.05% Tween-20. TBS-T buffer is a widely used buffer in biology labs. It is used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridizations, enzyme-linked immunoassays and western blot. It is ideal for substrate washing, antibody dilution and blocking solution preparation.
