M-MLV RNase H- Reverse Transcriptase is a genetically modified and recombinant RNase H-deficient Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse transcriptase. Through genetic engineering modification, the optimal reaction temperature of this enzyme has been increased to 42 °C , and its extension ability is stronger, making it suitable for longer cDNA synthesis.
