DNTPs (10 mM each)

The dNTPs premix is a pre-mixed solution containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP in equimolar ratios, with each nucleotide at a concentration of 10 mM. This product is prepared using ultrapure water, with a pH value adjusted to 7.0. It has a purity of ≥99% as determined by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) . It has been tested and found to be free from impurities such as DNase, RNase, and phosphatases.
