ClearPeak Oligo (dT) 18 primer is a string of 18 deoxythymidylic acid residues that hybridizes to the poly (A) tail of most eukaryotic mRNA and can be used as a primer for first strand cDNA synthesis with reverse transcriptase. The primer is supplied in distilled water. ClearPeak Oligo (dT) 18 primer is recommended for use with EcoScript 5x First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (Cat. no. ERT50, ERT100, ERT200) .
