ClearBand 20x Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS) is a space-saving balanced pH stabilizing salt solution used for especially western blotting and ELISA procedures. ClearBand TBS enables washing without disturbing antibody-antigen binding interactions. ClearBand 20x TBS should be diluted to 1x working solution with a pH 7.6±0.1. ClearBand 20x TBS is prepared with ultra pure water and filter sterilized.
