ClearBand TAE 50x Electrophoresis Buffer is a commonly used concentrate buffer for separation of nucleic acids in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It is preferred in high resolution agarose gel electrophoresis applications and separation of high molecular weight, double-stranded DNA. It should be diluted to a working concentration of 1x before use. Fresh 1X buffer is recommended to use for each electrophoresis application. ClearBand TAE 50x Electrophoresis Buffer is filter sterilized and prepared with ultra pure water.
