NutriCulture Trypan Blue, 0.4% Solution is a frequently used reagent to count cells in cell culture facilities when subculturing cells or using them in further functional in vitro and in vivo assays. It is also used to measure cell viability using dye exclusion assay, where only dead cells are stained with NutriCulture Trypan Blue, while viable cells are not stained.
