NutriCulture Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) is used to supplement basal growth medium in cell culture applications. NutriCulture FBS can provide the cell health, maintenance and viability critical for optimal performance and cell growth in your culture medium. Heat inactivation of serum is performed by raising the temperature of the serum to 56ºC and maintaining that temperature for 30 minutes.
