Zindotrine
Zindotrine (MDL-257) is an orally active bronchodilator. Zindotrine is a cGMP phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. Zindotrine can counteract bronchospasm caused by histamine. Zindotrine can be used to study reversible airflow obstruction, such as asthma[1][2].
