Deoxyribonucleic acid, single stranded from salmon testes is a sodium salt of deoxyribonucleic acid from salmon testes that has been used in basal media for the anaerobic growth of several strains of Bacillus mojavei. Deoxyribonucleic acid, single stranded from salmon testes can also be used as a substrate for the development of DNA detection assays[1].
