Suptopin-2
Sutopin-2 is a topoisomerase II inhibitor. Suptopin-2 affects cell cycle progression and stability of microtubules. Sutopin-2 induces cell cycle arrest by regulating the nucleocytoplasmic transport of cyclin B1[1].
