[Pt (DACH) (OH) 2 (ox) ] reacts with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester of Pyropheophorbide-a (HY-128973) to yield phorbiplatin. Phorbiplatin is a highly potent Pt (IV) antitumor prodrug[1].
