MTSSL-15N, d15-1 (Otmpmms-15N, d15) is the deuterium and 15N-labeled MTSSL. MTSSL (Otmpmms) is highly reactive thiol-specific spin label, which is used to label protein thiol residues for protein structure and dynamics determination and protein-protein interaction studies[1].
