12-Tridecenoic acid
12-Tridecenoic acid is a metabolite of intestinal flora, which can promote the expression of acetyl-CoA carboxylase α (ACC) and inhibit the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A (CPT1A), thereby aggravating hepatic steatosis. 12-Tridecenoic acid aggravates hepatic steatosis by affecting the ACC-CPT1A axis[1].
