Acetylvardenafil is a new analog of Vardenafil (HY-B0442) . The sulfonyl group in the structure of Acetylvardenafil is replaced by an acetyl group. Acetylvardenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor that can be used in the study of erectile dysfunction (ED) [1].
