TAMRA alkyne,5-isomer
TAMRA alkyne, 5-isomer (Compound 3) is an alkyne derivative of TAMRA and can be used for the enrichment, in-gel fluorescence detection, and identification of O-GlcNAc-modified proteins. TAMRA alkyne, 5-isomer contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups[1].
