3′-O-Methyladenosine (Standard)
(2R,3R,4S,5R) -2- (6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl) -5- (hydroxymethyl) -4-methoxytetrahydrofuran-3-ol (Adenosine, 3'-O-methyl- (8CI) (9CI) ) is an adenosine analogue. Adenosine analogs mostly act as smooth muscle vasodilators and have also been shown to inhibit cancer progression. The popular products in this series are adenosine phosphate, Acadesine , Clofarabine (HY-A0005), Fludarabine phosphate (HY-B0028) and Vidarabine (HY-B0277).
