Antibacterial agent 303 (compound 3) is an antibacterial agent exhibiting potent antibacterial activity against MDR strains, with MICs of 10 and 100 µg/mL against Pseudomonas aeruginosa MDR1 and Staphylococcus aureus MDR strains, respectively. Antibacterial agent 303 displays strong binding affinities to E. coli DNA gyrase and Candida albicans lanosterol 14α-demethylase. Antibacterial agent 303 can be used for drug-resistant infections research[1].
