Fmoc-NH-PEG-COOH (MW 5000)

Fmoc-NH-PEG-COOH (MW 5000) is a linear hetero-bifunctional PEG product with two Fmoc-protected amines and a carboxylic acid at both ends. Fmoc-NH-PEG-COOH (MW 5000) is an important cross-linking agent with PEG chains. The protected amine can be regenerated by mild alkaline conditions[1].
