N-Deacetylthiocolchicine exerts antiproliferative activity by binding to tubulin to interfere with microtubule assembly, arresting cells in mitosis during the cell cycle. N-Deacetylthiocolchicine is promising for research of malignancies such as breast cancer[1][2].
