Chloroxynil
Chloroxynil is a Vir gene of Agrobacterium tumefaciens activator. Chloroxynil enhances T-DNA transfer efficiency by activating the expression of Agrobacterium Vir genes. Chloroxynil is promising for research of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation efficiency in legumes and rice[1].
