Triphenylene
Triphenylene is a highly symmetrical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. Triphenylene shows no carcinogenic activity in mouse skin application experiments. Triphenylene can be used as a drug intermediate for the synthesis of triphenyl polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) [1][2].
