Aurothiomalate (disodium)
Aurothiomalate (disodium) is a TRPA1 inhibitor. Aurothiomalate (disodium) inhibits NF-κB activation and iNOS expression. Aurothiomalate (disodium) promotes M2 transformation of macrophages and increases the expression of TREM-2 and arginase-1. Aurothiomalate (disodium) can be used in the study of liver fibrosis/cirrhosis and arthritis[1][2].
