Bicinchoninic acid (compound 8) is an AHAS inhibitor, in an in vivo bioassay targeting the root growth inhibition of rapeseed, at a concentration of 100 μg/mL, it exhibited very low activity, with only a 1.4% root length inhibition rate[1].
