Crizanlizumab (anti-P-selectin)
Crizanlizumab (anti-P-selectin) is an anti-P-selectin monoclonal antibody. Crizanlizumab binds to P-selectin and blocks its interaction with P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (PSGL-1) . Crizanlizumab prevents vaso-occlusive crises (VOCs) and can be used for research of sickle cell disease[1][2][3].
