Belantamab (FUT8-KO)
Belantamab (FUT8-KO) is an anti-BCMA (TNFRSF17) monoclonal antibody expressed by CHO cells with the fucosyltransferase 8 gene (FUT8) knocked out. Fucose deficiency enhances the ADCC effect of the antibody. Belantamab (FUT8-KO) can be used to synthesize antibody-active molecule conjugate (ADC), Belantamab mafodotin[1].
