Indusatumab vedotin
Indusatumab vedotin (MLN-0264; AKT-264) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of the human anti-guanylate cyclase C (GCC) antibody linked to a microtubule-disruptor Monomethyl auristatin. Indusatumab vedotin has anti-proliferative effects on pancreas cancer cell lines. Indusatumab vedotin arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis[1].
