AK006
AK006 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody agonist targeting Sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin6 (Siglec-6) . AK006 potently inhibits IgE-mediated human mast cell activation. AK006 can be used for inflammatory diseases like chronic urticaria (CU) and asthma research[1][2].
