BI-836826 is a IgG1 chimerized and Fc-engineered anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody. BI 836826 displays both antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and direct pro-apoptotic activities. BI-836826 can be used for the study of chronic lymphocytic leukemia[1].
