IMM20324
IMM20324 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting IL38. IMM20324 inhibits the interaction of IL-38 with human IL1RAPL1-Fc and human IL-36R-Fc with IC50 values of 1.267 nM and 1.4667 nM, respectively. IMM20324 has antitumor activity in the B16.F10 syngeneic mouse model. IMM20324 can be used in antitumor immunity research. Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control.
