IMM20324
IMM20324 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting IL38. IMM20324 inhibits the interaction of IL-38 with human IL1RAPL1-Fc and human IL-36R-Fc with IC50 values of 1.267 nM and 1.4667 nM, respectively. IMM20324 has antitumor activity in the B16.F10 syngeneic mouse model. IMM20324 can be used in antitumor immunity research.
