NP137
NP137 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting Netrin-1. NP137 inhibits the binding of netrin-1 to its receptor UNC5H2 (IC50: 0.5 nM) . NP137 activates caspase 3 to induce apoptosis. NP137 can be used in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies research. Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001) [1].
