APNmAb005 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting MAPT/Tau/PHF-tau. APNmAb005 blocks tau seeding in vitro and rescues neuronal loss in rTG4510 mice. APNmAb005 can be used in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) research[1].
