MK-1966 is a humanized monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting interleukin-10 (IL-10) . MK-1966 blocks the inhibitory effects of IL-10 on immune cells such as macrophages and dendritic cells to restore anti-tumor immune responses. MK-1966 is promising for research of cancers[1].
