TTX-080 is a humanized monoclonal antagonistic antibody targeting human leukocyte antigen G (HLA-G) . TTX-080 exerts anti-tumor activity by relieving HLA-G-mediated immune suppression. TTX-080 is promising for research of solid tumors such as metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (mHNSCC) [1].
