VRC01LS is a humanized monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting the CD4-binding site of HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein (Env) . VRC01LS blocks the binding of HIV-1 to host cell CD4 receptor, inhibiting viral entry. VRC01LS is promising for research of HIV-1 infection[1][2].
