Tucotuzumab celmoleukin
Tucotuzumab celmoleukin (EMD 273066) is an immunocytokine fusion agent targeting the epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) . Tucotuzumab celmoleukin binds to EpCAM and delivers IL-2 to the tumor microenvironment, which can activate cytotoxic effector cells, such as CD8+ T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. Tucotuzumab celmoleukin is promising for research of EpCAM-positive cancers, such as colorectal cancer and prostate cancer[1][2].
