Atrosimab
Atrosimab (ATM-001) is a Fv-Fc1κ fusion protein with strong binding to human TNFR1 with an EC50 value of 0.37 nM. Atrosimab potently inhibits TNF-induced activation of TNFR1. Atrosimab has the potential for the study of chronic inflammatory diseases[1].
