Atigotatug (FUT8-KO)
Atigotatug (FUT8-KO) is an anti-fuc-GM1 monoclonal antibody expressed by CHO cells with the fucosyltransferase 8 gene (FUT8) knocked out, and fucose deficiency enhances the ADCC effect of the antibody. Atigotatug (HY-P990902) is a Fucosyl ganglioside GM1 (fuc-GM1) -targeting IgG1κ type humanized antibody. Atigotatug can induce immune-mediated tumor cell death, such as small cell lung cancer[1].
