HuATN-658
HuATN-658 (MNPR-101) is a humanized monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) . huATN-658 blocks the interaction between uPAR and integrins, inhibiting the proliferation, invasion and migration of tumor cells. huATN-658 is promising for research of breast cancer (especially triple-negative breast cancer) [1][2].
