CD300e, Mouse (HEK293, hFc)
CD300e Protein is an immune activating receptor expressed by myeloid cells, suggesting its involvement in cellular signaling and immune responses. Engagement of CD300e provides survival signals to cells, triggering the expression of activation markers and the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines. The ligation of CD300e in monocytes blocks the expression of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class II, affecting its synthesis. In addition, CD300e recognizes sphingomyelin and thereby regulates nonclassical and intermediate monocyte functions through FcRγ and DAP12. CD300e Protein, Mouse (CHO, mFc) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD300e/LMIR6 protein, expressed by CHO , with C-mFc labeled tag.
