IL-5, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His)
IL-5 Protein, produced by T-lymphocytes and NK cells, is crucial for eosinophil survival, differentiation, and chemotaxis. It stimulates immunoglobulin production and growth in B-cells. IL-5 Protein activates kinases (LYN, SYK, and JAK2) through a receptor (IL5RA and CSF2RB subunits), propagating signals via RAS-MAPK and JAK-STAT5 pathways. It exists as a disulfide-linked homodimer. IL-5 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived IL-5 protein, expressed by HEK293, with N-His labeled tag.
